Be intentional

So at church yesterday I learned that I need to be more intentional about quiet time, whether it's time with God or just alone time for Dan and I. If I just let the day happen, the kids will determine what I do and when, or else I'll just focus on the day-to-day tasks I need to do. So I'm going to try to set appointments with God, just like Dan suggested.
